We enjoy meeting interesting, creative, and passionate people from near and far and sharing our camping ideas off the grid. You are relaxed and welcoming. Staying on our private resort farm is like staying with friends or family. Me and my husband, Sotero, are from different continents. We met in Portland, Oregon, over 25 years ago. Being able to communicate in five languages gave us the opportunity to interact with people from various cultures, try new foods, and learn about new history and experiences. We love seeing the world, with our favorite destinations being Mexico, Dubai, and Canada. Also, we love camping and decided to create a little private camping ground and farm lodge for people who wish to camp without huge expense. We try hard to make each guest’s stay wonderfully memorable. Owner will be close by to answer any questions but gives you a space and privacy. Please text your time off arrival, make sure we open gates.

This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres. There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit. Complimentary 2 bundles of firewood, BBQ, table, chairs to use are available. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We ask if the ground is wet you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideaway. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get quite a bit of barking from the dogs to the east. I just want to be honest and warn you. Those east dogs don't like other dogs for some reason.

It is not a destination for drunken parties, or late night revelry. Respect for other campers is paramount. We are currently a rustic camp in an incredibly beautiful setting. You must be self contained, and carry away all garbage, and any solid human waste. We do have Toilet Buckets with Liners available for rent. The campgrounds are widely spaced, private and bordered by two creeks with a wonderful wading/swimming hole for warm days. RV's are allowed, but must be self contained. There are several excellent and fairly level sites available. In each designated camp you will find a picnic table with an umbrella, fire pit, water bucket and shovel (to put campfires out), space for tents and cooking in a beautiful setting. Beginning in August of 2022, private group camping will be available in "Maple Meadow", our own special private meadow hideaway. Three Glamping Style tents with queen beds, on decks with everything you need but sleeping bags and your food/cooking gear will be onsite! The newly constructed 1500 sq. ft Rose Cabin offers 4 semi-private bunkrooms downstairs and a double day bed upstairs, sleeping a total of 10 people. A beautiful and completely equipped and fully functional kitchen (no oven) is located on the first floor and shares a large open space in the main room. This space is perfect for setting up tables and chairs for video presentations or simply stretch out on your favorite yoga mat after exploring the local hiking trails. Washer and dryer facilities are located on the first floor, along with air conditioning throughout, and Wi-Fi is included. (Wifi is intermittent due to line of sight, but is available in the barn area if needed.) The cabin is surrounded by two decks on the upper level with comfy seating on each. The downstairs offers a paver-style patio off the bunkrooms. Here you will find a cooling and quiet retreat with a small grass area surrounded by healing medicinal herbs and flowers while you enjoy the sound of a bubbling rock water feature and the sounds of horses munching on their hay nearby. This is a private and wonderful space to relax and enjoy the views of our Mountain Trail Horse Park and the surrounding forests and farmlands. Our Internationally rated Mountain Trail Horse Park offers shaded walking trails under the cooling canopy of our giant evergreen forest. Relax and enjoy exploring the natural native foliage where you’ll find a variety of medicinal herbs and plants. Or simply meditate and connect to the healing power of our herd of magical horses.
