8 rolling acres of peace and tranquility 15 short minutes from downtown Nashville. Come stay at Piccolo Farms Animal Sanctuary’s Paradise Valley location, a working sanctuary with active pastures filled with goats, sheep, a donkey and even a few special pigs. Enjoy the stars, a camp fire, outdoor bar and entertainment space, or request an Uber/Lyft and enjoy access to all the restaurants, music, bars and entertainment Nashville has to offer…just a quick 15 min drive away … or stay put, and enjoy an evening filled with stars and sweet sounds of bleating goat or sheep as they hunker down for bed. There is a gas grill, washer/dryer, and a full sized refrigerator available for use if needed. We are located in Whites Creek Tennessee with food and live music just a mile or so up the road in Joelton if you are looking for alternatives to the hustle and bustle of downtown.Piccolo Farms is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit who provides a loving forever home to unwanted, abused, and neglected livestock located just 15 minutes north of downtown Nashville Tennessee. We are minutes away from all the fun Nashville brings and yet a far enough away retreat to recharge in a quaint farm setting surrounded by woods, streams and livestock. **Googling Piccolo Farms will lead you to the incorrect address (we have 2 locations). Great stay with adorable animals
We spent a fantastic week at Paradise Valley. Bonnie and Jeff were great hosts. We loved hanging with all the animals. This is a beautiful, peaceful property 15 minutes from Nashville. We highly recommend it.

My family of 4 had a great night staying on the farm!! The animals were all so cute and sweet. Jeff took the time to tell us about the farm and answer any questions we had, we really enjoyed learned about the farm/sanctuary. Toilet was extremely clean and the camping space was very nice. Perfect stay for one night passing through Nashville but would’ve definitely stayed longer!!

Wonderful hosts and camping
Our stay was perfect. Camping next to the goats, pigs etc was a joy for us since we are city folk. We especially loved seeing the dogs protect the goats. The dogs drove the goats in the barn at dusk without any prompting. Thanks to our hosts who made our stay memorable.

This campground was an amazing surprise! It was beautiful and peaceful. The Host was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to families with children. It was incredible watching the sheep dogs do their work.

Great spot outside Nashville. The farm was a great experience for the kidos. The owners we very nice. The spot is on a little hill so blocks for a trailer or ability to level front of a motorhome is helpful.. will definitely stay again.

Camping near Nashville
Proximity to Nashville is great, wonderful hosts, and friendly animals. We used Lyft and Uber several times because parking in Nashville is ridiculous.
