This 5-acre parcel was part of a larger 17-acre tract/cow pasture that was for sale in the spring of 2017. We had moved to this beautiful quiet country road the year before after spending 15 years in the hustle and bustle of West Asheville. When our neighbor put the land up for sale, we jumped at the chance to protect our view (we live across the street) and own another piece of the heaven we have come to call home. This land has a creek running through it, and is in a quiet, rural, residential area that is a mix of newcomers and families who have lived here for generations. The property has a secluded feel to it while being very conveniently located to the wonderful hiking, mountain biking, and trout fishing this area is famous for. We’re also very close to cycle shops, outfitters, groceries, restaurants, etc. We love it here and are excited to develop our plan for this space. We hope you will love it here too.

Site 1

I love visiting Hayden’s sites. They are very well maintained and quiet, even with occupants at other sites. They have done a great job creating a private area for each site to use. I’ll definitely return.

Great location!

We tent and car camped, this location was awesome! Site 4 was nice, private, and right on the creek. There is a nice space for pups to run and play. The site is within 10 minutes of the National Forest and was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

The campsite is clean and private. It's cozy enough for 2 people, while still being a spacious area for a family with small children. There is a small creek off to the side where you can wash off small items. The composting toilet is clean and offers privacy. I would recommend this campsite to all adventure seekers who appreciate the comforts of home still within reach.

A great place to stay. The sites were very clean and well maintained. Tucked away in a rural residential area, it was quiet and it was a beautiful place to stay. Added bonus: It was nice thé our dog was allowed to roam the site.
