Site 1 gravel
Okay for RV's.
Site one is on the road frontage. It is a dead-end road but busy during the day. There are about 8 - 10 mailboxes at the entrance to the site. Several people stopped out front of the site to pick up mail and stare into the site in wonder. Given no privacy from the road it was a bit concerning. As such, leaving the site unattended is an unknown risk. Site one is without shade. It was 90 degrees with full sun on our stay. The site was oppressively hot. As such, we packed up and did not stay a second night as planned and paid for. There is a constant loud noise in the neighborhood. It sounds much like an industrial compressor and runs all day. It is off-putting if you are looking for quiet. The sites are clean with electric hook-ups and water spigot. As noted you must bring your own privy. The area is peaceful after dinner time and through the night. Easy to access and right near Jordan Lake. Not great to tent camp. Good for RV's with AC's. Okay spot for an overnight or being able to pull away with all your gear and return for the night. Bring your own firewood. 3.5 Stars.

We had a great experience at Morgan's land. We camped with another couple and it turned out very nice. The location is private with minimal traffic. Very peaceful at night. We were never bothered by anyone the whole time we were there. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this site/location.

Overnight stay in camper van
I didn't get to spend much time at this site, as I was just in the area for one night. Very nice site for my converted work van-camper. 20, 30 and 50 amp service. The 20 amp 110 service came in handy to run my electric heater (and CPAP) when it got down to 29°.

Great location!
The site is beautiful. Access is easy and the site is level. It was a plus to have electricity and water hookups.

Peaceful wooded stay
Once we found our spot everything was excellent! Quiet, peaceful and had the electric/water hookups we needed.
