Shower under the stars!
I stayed on campsite #2 and it was perfect distance to the toilet and the outdoor shower. The outhouse with running water was super clean. The cleanest outhouse I have ever seen. I've stayed with many hosts over the years and this was by far the nicest, noncommercial campsite I've ever stayed at.
My only warning is about the bugs. They can be relentless so come prepared.

This is the second time I’ve stayed. Very well maintained, dark, and quiet area. It is also the second time it heavily rained during my stay, and I very much appreciated the level parking so I didn’t have to go outside.

Congested noisy public boat launch, tightly spaced sites under street lights that were on all night. When sleeping in a tent, it felt like trying to sleep in a parking lot

Beautiful location!!
We had site 1 with full hookups. Price was very affordable. Michael’s property is very well maintained and peaceful. So glad we found this campsite and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Excellent Hipcamp!
10/10 rating from us!! The Hosts were attentive yet didn’t impose and gave us our space and privacy. Michael even sent us a heads-up message about impending severe weather. Selfishly, we want to keep their place our little secret but that wouldn’t be fair. We would 100% recommendation them and their land to anyone and we will most definitely be regular visitors.
