Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a gated year round solo RV site with full hook ups, firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash station, and trash service provided by your host in the nightly rate. ADDITIONALLY, you can enhance your stay by adding any of the FOUR EXTRA AMENITIES before checking out. Extras which are available for a one time fee are onsite which include a partially covered lighted outdoor shelter with a grill, bar sink, bar stools, and infrared heater above the couch to warm up on those chilly nights. This outdoor covered porch can be added to your stay in the extras sections if you so choose. The hot tub and outdoor shower are also available for rent for a one time charge under the extras section. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Rv'ing with a friend? No problem, you can add one additional RV to your booking. Our site can accommodate two large rigs. If these items are not needed then you can still use the site only at the nightly price. Remember, your nightly rate includes a bike wash or pet wash station to clean up after a day of exploring the Asheville area, firewood, kindling, and trash service are always included in your nightly price. 0ur site is only 10 miles to downtown Asheville and 8 miles to the Biltmore Estate. Enjoy local area mountain hikes, biking trails, and go for a drive or hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway nearby. The solo RV site is private and tucked up into the mountain yet conveniently accessible to the main roads in our area. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site. Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Glamping in the Smokies

Loved the kitchen/living room set up complete with a fan. The hot tub was nice after long hikes. It rained very hard the 2nd night we stayed and liked that we had somewhere to sit and listen to it and stay dry.

Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Not your typical solo site!

If you’re looking for a change from the typical camping experience this place is for you! Aside from the convenience of elec. water, sewer, the shelter is a huge bonus. Under the shelter the grill, duel hot plate, sink, shower, ample hooks and counter space and hot tub make this spot an absolute pleasure to visit. There’s lighting, heat and a fan, too. Super private with a locking entrance gate, too.

Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Relaxing Site Near Asheville

Gorgeous setup with the surrounding trees, and a very large gravel site. Nate was a great host, the best one we’ve ever had on HipCamp by far, very attentive, accommodating, and respectful. Hot tub was amazing and a definite plus to this site. Site is very affordable for the space and amenities offered. Very close to Sierra Nevada Brewery, restaurants, and Asheville! We even found an awesome billiards bar called Fat Cats Billiards. A Camping World location is within 20 minutes just in case your rig needs anything while you’re there. Please note if you are pulling a fifth wheel and anything with some length; we are 40ft. There are some low limbs on the roads leading to this site that you will hit, some on top and some on the sides. Also pulling into the site you are coming off a turn and it’s on a hill. (Nate will share a video with you.) We were flexed pretty hard coming off the road into the driveway and our camper sat on our bed, nothing that can’t be fixed but still something to note for future fifth wheel campers. We are experienced drivers and take our rig into tight/flex spaces often, these items aren't anything that can’t be accommodated for but should be noted for reference so you are prepared upon arrival. Overall a great site, a great location, and a super host. Happy Camping y’all!

Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

This hipcamp far exceeded our expectations. We loved the outdoor living space with all the amenities. The best part for us was having the entire hipcamp to ourselves, very private. The location offers easy access to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and great hiking. The hosts were readily available to respond to all of our inquiries. We can't wait to come back again. This is an amazing spot.

Nice place to set up our RV. Very quite at nite and the hot tube was a nice extra for use. I woiuld camp here again.
