Amazing view and cabin. The cabin gives a great private experience to get away from the city.

The wood stove made the cabin super cozy! A comfy selection of beds and an outdoor kitchen with warm water.
The whole cabin runs on a solar panel and large battery. So no outlets to charge your phone!
I enjoyed the owls hooting at night and the sounds of the creek to fall asleep to.
Definitely recommend.

Perfect spot in the forest while only a short distance away from Ithaca. The wood burning stove was so cozy inside and the propane stove top was perfect for making food and tea. Thank you!

Autumn visit to the Finger Lakes
The cabin was so cozy and we had a wonderful time. Emma reached out before arrival and made sure I had all the info I needed, including a map of how to get to the cabin through the driveway in the woods. Everything that was written on the listing was provided, like dishes, utensils, dish soap, clean sheets and pillow cases, etc. We didn't need to use the fireplace inside because it wasn't too chilly but it would've probably been so cozy if we did! The cabin itself was clean and the view of the forest and stream (although mostly dry right now) was beautiful, especially in the morning.
I would say the only thing to note really is that the photos on the listing seem to be from when the cabin was a bit newer and aren't completely accurate to how it looks now. It still looks great, just more worn in and used compared to the listing's photos. The door was also a little difficult to get open and closed.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here if you're making a trip to the Finger Lakes! We were only about 20 min from Ithaca and about 15 minutes to Watkins Glen State Park and a bunch of the Seneca Lake wineries. Beautiful area, especially in the fall. :)
