MSB Legacy Retreat I
This is a really great hipcamp! Jerry and his wife were very friendly and gave us a lot of info on things to do in the area. We were also able to buy some firewood from them, which can be hard to find at times. I would definitely recommend staying here if coming through the area!

Simply The Best
Jerry and Connie are every bit Star Hosts x10! Communication with them was exceptional. Directions to their property and camp site were spot on. We came in with a 35' fifth wheel. Our site had E/W with dump station available as we exited the property. Our site had incredible mountain views and the deer and turkeys were provided at not extra cost. Our hosts shared a lot of information regarding local attractions. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all there is to do in the area. Between Jerry and Connie's hospitality and the local attractions, we will definitely be back!! Thank you Jerry and Connie for an experience we'll never forget.

MSB Legacy Retreat II
Close to Mesa Verde National Park.
Jerry was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet with great views of snow-capped mountains (in April).
We had 2 bars of Verizon LTE that worked well enough for us.
The site required us to back in our 25-foot travel trailer, leaving the rear higher than the front. The jack was extended quite high and we still didn't have it level.
The location is about 20 minutes from the Mesa Verde National Park Welcome Center. We already have and would recommend the site to others.

MSB Legacy Retreat II
You camp in a large meadow with beautiful views on all around - has fireplace with wood. Private & quiet but close to main road. We really liked it - you can take a deep breath & relax. Jerry was super welcoming and communicative. Mesa Verde Nat Park is very close & there one can learn how people lived in this area 1300 to 700 years ago. Mancos is a very cool spot too - Farenheit Coffee(clean bathrooms) Bomdiggity & the Artist Coop are very much worth a visit.

Jerry’s place was quiet and secluded with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Quick response time from the host, and great help with travel plans and local businesses. Thanks for a great stay.
