Welcome to our charming 2-acre farm nestled in East Boulder, just minutes from town - near walking trails, a bike park, shopping, restaurants. It's a great place to stop and restock on your way to or from the mountains. We’ve got chickens! Fresh eggs available every morning. First come first serve at the coop. Community campfire ring with lots of free firewood. No designated spots. Please feel free to park anywhere you’d like - it is flattest along the fence by the pond - leveling boards are are stacked up in the field to borrow. Please note there is no access to the pond itself. It’s our neighbor’s property. We've got Tintype Portraits! The host is a Wet Plate Photographer specializing in 1800’s antique metal portraits made of silver. A free night stay is included in the price of every portrait. Check out: TheTintypeCompany.com THE GOOD: *Easy in and out location *Most affordable rates in all of Boulder. *Beautiful view of the mountains. *Summertime creek on the property. *Fresh eggs!!! *Tintypes! THE BAD: *Daytime road noise (pretend ocean waves??). *Limited shade. *Maximum stay of 4 nights. Please be aware that our chickens roam freely during the day. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome but must be leashed if they pose a nuisance or danger to the chickens. The chickens will not run from your dogs and are therefor easy to kill. Please don’t let that happen!!!It’s a nice open field next to the neighbor’s pond. Park anywhere you’d like. It’s most level closest to the pond. Please leave room for folks to come and go from the ramp. Back in, pull through, anything but donuts in the field please. :)

Great location. Quiet. Lovely and remote. We knew there were zero facilities, but $35 is too much. Would have happily paid $20 per night

Lovely camp spot close to town
We loved the quiet spot to get outside for the night while still being close to town. Our host was great and the surroundings were lovely.

We stayed two nights in Patrick’s field on our way West. I was concerned about the grass being soggy and the driveway being too muddy to drive our 26ft Airstream on, but it all worked out beautifully. The location can’t be beat, close to Boulder, Denver, hiking and biking. Patrick is a great, responsive host who welcomed us on arrival and replied fast to our questions. As for traffic noise; when cars drive past on the road you can clearly hear them, but at night there was very little traffic and the spot was very quiet. Thanks Patrick!

Patrick was super friendly, had excellent recommendations for the area, and just a very positive communicator! We were grateful for his flexibility in our arrival. Beautiful space, loved that our doggo could be off leash. Even with a full weekend of rain we stayed pretty level and had no problem driving in or out in our 29ft motorhome. Will definitely stay again!
