Expansive Mount Elden views and stargazing. No septic available. Water may be available through a hose, and electric may be available through an extension cord. This is open space on 2.5 acres w over 100 small ponderosa pines in a meadow. A deck patio situated under a 90 foot Ponderosa with great views. amazing trails nearby for hiking and biking. No tenting.Vacant lot to park under a 90 foot ponderosa sprinkled with nearly 100 smaller ponderosas up to 7 feet tall in a grassy meadow with unobstructed views of Mount Elden and portions of San Francisco Peaks. There is a water hose available from next door property and a 30 amp electrical cord. Sip your coffee on a patio w privacy fencing or pitch your tent on the wood patio and have privacy fencing for your benefit. Sit under the 400 year old ponderosa and listen to the breeze through the line needles. The patio is located under a 90 foot ponderosa

Nice spot, but needs improvement
Pretty quiet and lovely views of the stars. Not very private, because there's a gated house nearby. So we set up our chairs on the opposite side of our van. Did not see a trash can, and it wasn't clear if the hose worked because it came from the house next door. We didn't need power. Host was unresponsive until the next morning, which was disconcerting. A pitbull barked at us for awhile from inside the yard of the house next door, but eventually quieted down and didn't bark at us again. Directions were a bit confusing, because there is no house number of 5525 posted anywhere, even though that's technically the address. It's kind of eerie driving down a driveway in a less populated area not knowing if you're in the right spot.

I loved the location. It was only a few minutes from Flagstaff but, still had the privacy and clear views of the Sky. We will be visiting again :)

Ryan was a great post. We had some mechanical issues we let us figure them out with a little bit more time on his property. Gracious and kind, thank you for letting us stay at your campsite.
