This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views. Only 45 minutes from Flagstaff, 30 minutes from the historic Grand Canyon, and only 36 minutes from Williams, this property is in the middle of it all. There is so much potential for amazing adventures. You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience. The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. You can see every star out here and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With wide open spaces you have so much room to play.This land is absolutely beautiful at night. The stars just dance across the sky and you get the opportunity to see every one of them! When you pull up the road, there are markers for three camp sites. You will see the compost toilet shed as you drive up the road. The sites are marked with black car rims. Each site goes in over 200 ft deep. I am in the process of making #3 but it can be used. The land is huge and any of it can be used. The rear markers to the east of the property are designated by poles in the ground with bandanas on them. Terrain does have many types of cacti and some tunnels from prairie dogs, so be mindful of where you step. There is no one else in the area that will be using this road, so it can be a fun place to hang out as well and park. This area is well known for its night sky star gazing. It is the darkest in the state so you can see almost every star. Sooooo much room on 4.5 acres you could invite everyone you know. Have a Grand Adventure!

Nice trip! Affordable and secluded

I had a nice trip. This was affordable and secluded. Me and my 4 dogs had a nice and safe tent camping experience here. I would recommend this place.

We had our rooftop tent. Easy to find close to Grand Canyon south rim entrance we were able to get there super early. Stars a views were beautiful!

Hidden Gem

This place was epic. A bit windy throughout the evening but calmed down after dusk. It was a great open space with an epic panoramic view of the mountains! If you are on the fence just say yes because it's worth it and you can't beat the price!

Grand Canyon Adventure Boondocking

We chose to camp here as we visited the Grand Canyon! It was only about a 30 min drive to Grand Canyon National Park. Jessica’s land was a good place to dry camp. We ended up booking 2 more days after finding out our Canyon pass was good for up to 7 days of entry. We had a little trouble finding the campsite, trying to navigate dirt roads with no tall landmarks- but eventually found the log markers, green planters, and fire pit. The sky and sunsets were great here, and we enjoyed resting peacefully after each day at the canyon.
