For your safety, please exercise caution when venturing into the woods and avoid approaching the active train tracks located at the back of the property. While the passing train adds to the rustic charm of the setting, it may NOT be suitable for light sleepers. Road traffic noise tends to calm down in quiet hours. Bed sleeps 2 but up to 3 welcome. Host will meet with you upon arrival to give overview of land layout. We live and work here, but will respect your privacy and space. We ask that you please do the same, which includes all the living inhabitants here. We are in farm country, so at times there may be tractors, manure spreading, mowing, etc. in nearby fields. Also, the frogs make quite a ruckus on the pond in the evening.

You can come to enjoy nature here, walk our trails and do some fishing as long as the portion of Ellicott Creek that runs through our property is high enough. If your looking to venture out for a bit Darien Lakes State Park is only a 2-minute drive from our place. For a minimal $7 admission to the park, you can enjoy the beach and the park itself from dawn until dusk. We are also just a 4-minute drive from Six Flags Darien Lake Theme Park! You can go there for the day or to a concert and then stay here afterward! My camper includes just about everything you will need to camp. Simply pack and come stay!

Just 5 minutes away in the Village of Attica, you'll find a large park featuring a walking path, expansive playground, dog park, basketball court, splash pad, and pavilions. Our property features a sprawling open field at the base of a gentle hill, with additional farm fields and acres of woods atop the hill. The campsites are nestled along the edge of a hedgerow and into a wooded walking path, providing shelter from the wind. For your convenience, two port-a-johns are located within walking distance of the tents, and we supply fire pits and firewood. During your stay, you'll likely interact with Stephen, our primary host. Allison may also be available, and you might even receive a surprise visit from Stephen's father, who owns the farmland surrounding the campsites.
