One of Campbellford's biggest attractions is the Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge with many hiking trails throughout Ferris Provincial Park. We also have Westben Theatre around the corner from our homestead, The Heritage Museum, the World's Finest Chocolate Factory and so much more to explore! Enjoy a rustic glamping experience in a large canvas bell tent overlooking farmers fields with a stunning sunset at night. Sunset Hollow is fully equipped with solar power, wash up facility, fire pit, eating area and all the essentials to cook some tasty home cooked meals, and all the cosy accommodations to create a truly unforgettable experience. Tiny home/guest cabin nestled in the trees but still conveniently located near parking and the main Road to town. Quick 15 minute drive to tourist attractions & historical downtown Kingston. Also near multiple lakes, hiking trails and other outdoor pursuits. Inside our Tiny Cabin is a main floor with living area, fold away dining table, full bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The kitchenette has a sink, bar fridge with small freezer, stove top convection over/toaster, drip coffee maker, single burner element and microwave. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, coffee grounds, some spices and cooking oil. There is also an outdoor BBQ. The upstairs loft has Queen size bed, smart TV and clothing storage. All linens (sheets, towels etc. are included). The cabin is heated and we provide fans in the Summer months. We love animals but unfortunately our tiny cabin is not suitable for pets. Our cabin is strictly non smoking. We are passionate about tiny home living and leaving the smallest environmental footprint possible. The Tiny Teal Cabin was thoughtfully built to utilize minimal space and be energy efficient, all the while providing a serene sanctuary and escape amongst the trees. We encourage our guests to discover what it would be like to live with 'less' while discovering more in their surroundings.

Bring your lover, your best friend or your adult kid. Get connected with nature, your loved one and yourself. There are many experiences to enjoy. Quaint little towns and villages nearby. We are a short drive to the hip Prince Edward County with its dining and wineries. Places nearby to kayak and caves to explore, Our property is a haven for wildlife and many species of birds and has a beautiful dark sky. If you are lucky you may see one of the resident deer that sanctuary on the property. At the end of the road is a fantastic ATV /bike/hike trails. Staying in the tipi is a magical experience that will bring you back in time. Star gaze, forest bathe, detox in the sauna, catch up on the book you're reading in our Nakie hammock for 2. We will be offering at additional cost breakfast in bed and our version of a night time turn down service including a bedtime foot soak with marl clay, himalayan salt and lavender. We, (Rusty and Marty) are co-habitating in separate residences on the same property with a shared vision of community and sustainability. Our residences are not off grid yet but the cottage, (which is for guests to rent, Rusty"s tiny house, Marty's tipi and the school bus conversion all share a 60 amp service. We collectively aspire to a simple and natura,l alternative way of life, living as close to nature as we can. We utilize the sun and earth to create our own energy and food sources and leave a minimum carbon footprint. We actively try to reduce, reuse and recycle as much as we can in an effort to honour Mother Earth and her gifts. Each residence has a lovely view of the lake and private areas. There are a canoe and kayak for guests to use, BBQ, fire pit. Please bring your own linens and drinking water. Everything else is provided. Guests are welcome to investigate the small organic gardens and ask us about our gardening methods and vision.
