Outhouse on the property and it is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

The Historic town of Hedley is just a 2 minute drive west bound and Princeton is 20 mins away.

You can rent E-Bikes or boats for extra excitement. The property is part of a 10-acre cherry orchard. Find farm stands and charming restaurants and some world-class wineries in the area. We have two tent sites to choose from:- Site 1 boasts a large deck for pitching your tent and enjoying the sacred spot under the eagle's nests (requires a 4WD vehicle to access) - Site 2 has lake views from a creekside forested spot. You need a very dependable 4wd to drive directly to site 2 as there is a steep 40m of a dirt drive.

Also a 1 minute drive is Twin Lakes store which offers liquor, good coffee, baked goods, an ice cream bar and gas. 15 minutes to Penticton. 10 minutes to Kaleden. 15 minutes to Keremeos. The reason this is listed as RV only is because we have no washroom available, however if tents would like to accompany an RV there is plenty of room to do so. RV 30amp outlet available.

Restricted Areas: Dogs are not allowed in the spa or main building (where cooking/eating occurs). We provide designated tie-up areas adjacent to these spaces. We are north east of PRINCETON BC, a Christian couple and a rabbit farm, that would like to share our area with people who enjoy getting into the forest. Our property is located 28 Km off the main Hwy 5A on a highways maintained gravel road, some potholes exist! Though we have 3 camping options to choose from, we will block off 2 so whomever books first has the entire site to themselves. Camping options now that our larger 24 ' Rv sustained water damage/is a single 22' RV trailer for singles or couples sleeps 3. In addition to the RV we have on grid and an off grid areas for tenting, your RV's or van-life if preferred. Our driveway climbs up 100 meters off Summers Cr Rd and is quite secluded. The camping area is like a triangle- a narrow driveway over our creek opens to a landing that is 100 feet long and 50 feet wide at the opposite end. Beyond the landing we are all hills and valleys with LOTS of rocky areas to explore, the terrain is uneven so bring sturdy hiking boots. We have a small creek that runs through the property and you can hear it at night. We have also developed 2 hiking trails -one 3km and one 9 kms both follow our creek to the top of our mountain- that you can explore independently or join a guided hike. After your hike enjoy a soak in our mineral filled hot tub- set at 104 degrees- no soaps or shampoos please, the spring water is from our creek and we only add Epson salts. We also have older bikes you can use to ride to the beautiful 7 km long Missezula lake, 3 kms north. Or rent our 16' canoe/ life jackets included/ to go out on the lake. Missezula Lake is one of our favorite summer places to cool off! Princeton area is renown for Copper Mining and we have many green rocks on the ground everywhere that are copper! We have been told there are also a few old mining caves on, or above our property, we have so far located one.
