We have 69 acres within the Barambah Wine Trail (which is located in Moffatdale, near Murgon, QLD). Our property backs onto the Bjelke Petersen Dam. Our property offers direct access to Lake Barambah from your large grassy campsite. You can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake while relaxing around your camp fire. The lake itself is wide and deep, and safe for swimming (properly supervised) and all your favourite water activities. There is also basic access to launch small boats. Dusty Hill Wines is just down the road and offers local wine tasting and some great meals in their restaurant. There are also some other wineries in the area you can explore and enjoy. If you want to get your heart rate up, we are 25 minutes from Kinombi Falls where you can enjoy a number of stairs to get to the top. The waterfall is often quite small but the surrounding area is beautiful and the stairs are a good workout. You will need to be fully self contained as we have no showers or toilets available. Campers will need to take all waste with them on departure.  Pets are welcome.

Not private, great views of Lake
Overall we had a lovely time. We felt the sites were heavily over booked for the weekend. Not many sites available that were level. Loved the visit from the Texas Long horn. The men managed to catch a couple of fish and 3 redclaws. The lake is glorious and the bird life was amazing, just a shame it was so heavily booked, felt like a caravan park rather than a hip camp. We will definitely come again but not on a long weekend or holidays

Great spot beside the lake, plenty of room to setup and launch boat. No facilities at all. Open camping so was first in first served. Tried contacting Clint prior with no luck. Would stay again

Great camping spot 👌
Had a great time. The lake is huge, plenty of space out there to enjoy yourself without having other boats/ jetski around. The host was very accommodating and welcoming 😀. The camp site was good too but not many flat places. The farm animals there were cute and friendly. There are no facilities there, but there is a dump point 3min up the road. Would definitely come back again
