NOT for tent camping
This review is for tenters: We booked a tent site for May 2024, only a few months into this site being open for RVs and campers. I see they are advertising primarily for RVs now which is good because this is site is NOT FOR TENT CAMPING. We were one of two tent campers there that we saw and they had placed us on a gravel lot directly by the highway. We were up all night due to the smell of car fumes and sounds of highway traffic. This place is fine for RVs and has a very clean, new bathroom. However, it was a terrible night in an honestly very dangerous location for tent campers to sleep, approximately 10 feet from the highway.

RV02) RV Site - Pull Through
Camping with the family near Moab
The spot is south of Moab in Spanish Valley. It is close to the hwy headed up to Canyonlands and Arches. I think it takes about 10 min to drive to Moab and a little further for the entrances of the National parks. There is some highway noise but most of the RV campgrounds around moab are similar. The driveway is gravel and holds a bunch of RV sites. Sites 01 and 02 are smaller but that worked for us. We were able to park my truck and minivan behind my travel trailer with ample space for others to get by. Pulling in and out was super easy for a first timer like myself. The office manager was really nice and easy to work with. Check in was really fast and efficient. He provides a water pressure regulator on his hook up which is nice. The utilities all look brand new.
The shower/restroom area was easy for us to walk to. The building is brand spanking new and everything was super clean. The cleanest during our trip through Utah and Arizona. I liked that there was a little bench behind the shower curtain to place items rather than small hooks we dealt with at other places.
The laundry room was new as well. I was totally impressed that the washers and dryers are speed queens. We did our laundry super quick. I would totally stay again but it was hard to get a booking and likely will be even harder in the future.

Loved this site!
Awesome campsite! Bathrooms were very clean and showers were great. Updated washers and dryers made laundry quick and easy. Incredible view and very quiet neighbors. Only sound is the highway, but even that wasn’t bad. 20 minutes from Arches and 50 minutes from Canyonlands (Island in the Sky - Needles District is about an hour the other way). Responsive hosts made this a great experience :)

Camped here twice wirh
Graveled parking lot with parking and full hookups. It's a new park, so the WiFi was horrible. But the water tastes delicious and the shower facilities were nice and clean...and new lol
They also provide washer/dryers for free use of the residents
The office personnel were super friendly and nice

Great amenities but a bit noisy
This site was great! Brand new shower, bathroom, and laundry building was clean and had great water pressure! Other campers and hosts were friendly. My site was easy to find and park. The only things is that this campground is next to a busy highway and you can definitely hear and see the traffic all day/night. But, earplugs did the trick for me at night. Would definitely stay here again for a night or two.
