Pond Side Bell Tent
Our Wonderful Evening under the sta
We wanted to get away from the regular hustle and bustle to relax in a outdoor setting and Underhill farm delivered. The tent and bed was comfortable and sitting by the campfire under the stars by the pond was exactly what we needed. Would definitely like to visit there again soon.

Hilltop Campsite
I would recommend this tent site to all my friends, it was amazing views and I am very grateful for the tour of the property. The animals were absolutely beautiful. The campfire was really good and I loved the access to firewood at all times just in case. Thank you for the experience.definitely would come back and do it all again

Tiny House at Underhill
The best of both worlds
Really lovely and comfortable tiny home that offered a perfect late-autumn escape. My partner loves camping and I am still getting comfortable with it, so Rick's tiny-home offered a perfect compromise as we got the proximity to nature and the campfire while also having a comfy bed, heat, and a hot shower. We look forward to coming back to stay in the future. Thank you for having us!

Tiny House at Underhill
We loved the tiny house, property and location! There is electric heat that keeps the place very warm, a great shower and kitchen as well. The stargazing was amazing. Dryden has many restaurants, breweries, and hiking nearby and Ithaca was only a short drive as well. We had one issue upon first arriving which Rick responded to immediately despite us getting in late. We would definitely stay again

Pondside Campsite
We loved tent campaign at this site! Tons of space, private, and a great location right by the pond as described, not to mention beautiful views of the surrounding property. Rick was a responsive and friendly host. Recommended!
