This is a new campground to Rock County near Luverne, MN. This property is known as the "boy scouts" by the locals. When we were kids we spent time on this property riding bike, horses, and exploring. We have turned this 13 acre property into 22 site campground that we are excited to share with you. We have also moved a house west of the campground that is available on Airbnb/VRBO (Sweet Retreat, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath) Nestled in a bed of trees just 2 miles from I-90 and 1/4 mile South of the Luverne City Park. This campground has 12 sites with rural water and 20,30&50 amp electric at every site. Dump Station. 8 Full Hook Up Sites (Sewer, Water, Electric) Two small ponds and shade trees. Wifi. Shower House/Bathrooms. Campers can enjoy the quiet place to relax and enjoy nature and wildlife, a perfect place for bird watching. We also have a paved bike trial that connects to the campground that leads to miles of trials around Luverne and out to the State park.

Site 5-Pull Through Water/Electric

Hi.. I called to this site at River Road Campground Luverne and to say that I was disappointed is the least I could say, the campsite looked like a derelict place with no security or reception to sine in, I tried to get a message to the campsite owner and was directed to an AI robot which I detest even though I am totally computer literate, After waiting for some time I left and moved west to another site which was closed but I was able to check myself in and had a list of vacant lots displayed, Would I recommend this site to anyone.. definitely not

Site 4-Back In Water/Electric

Quite & convenient

River Road is conveniently located off the I-90, in a pleasant location with a pond at the edge of the property. Straight forward check in and check out process. Nice showers and bathroom. Would recommend

Site 11-Pull Through Electric/Water

Excellent little campground! Very quiet area with a playground and level sites with fire rings, at a very good price! Would stay again! -Stuart

Site 14- Full Hook Up Pull Through

Needs updated, but very quiet.

There was more mud than grass. It didn't seem like the campground had been upgraded in many years. Also, the wireless internet had very low signal and couldn't be used.
