This property and our 120 year old farm house have been in the family for generations. My husband and I took it over from his grandfather a few years ago and absolutely love living here and can’t wait to share it with our guests! 300 Acres nestled in southeast Ohio, providing a range of camping styles and opportunities. Our spots have spectacular views both day and night, with next to no light pollution. Located 15 minutes from historic Roscoe Village, and Honey Run Park Waterfall, plus so much more! Our cozy cabin built in the early 80’s is the perfect place to unwind and take in nature. The surrounding woods provide a lot of privacy, and spots to explore. You'll have access to 300 acres as well as a pond and natural spring stream to cool off in. *Please Note, hunting is not permitted with this booking. Sasha’s Spot

Excellent secluded spot in Amish Country. Michelle and PJ even sold and brought me a bundle of wood during my stay. Enjoyed getting to know the both of them a bit.

The Haunted Corner

Camping with the Witches

My dog and I had an amazing weekend at PJ and Michelle's haunted corner! The views were so beautiful and we loved watching the sun rise and set from the hill. We thoroughly enjoyed the ghost stories however the hosts were the best part about this campsite! I can't thank them enough for checking up on me and helping my to get a tow when my camper van wouldn't start. We'll definitely be camping at the haunted corner again in the future.

The United Cabin

This cabin was so cozy and quiet and perfect for a distraction free break before Christmas. We loved the vintage items used in the decor and would recommend to anyone looking for something off the beaten path.
