We LOVED this site! It was secluded and gave you the feel of being way off the beaten path. It was the perfect getaway for our family. An easy drive from Charlotte and Blair was super friendly and helpful.

Tessa's Creek Bank
Peaceful Camping Trip with Pups!
We had a great camping experience! Our spot (Tessa’s Creek Bank) was perfect, right by the creek, fire pit, picnic table, and a gravel spot for our tent. We took our dogs and they had a blast in the creek right beside us. Blair was very accommodating and nice, lead us right to our spot from the entrance and delivered our firewood and kindling. Wonderful spot- definitely coming back!

A Shady Creek View
Shady Creek View
The area was in a gorgeous setting with a winding creek. Our site and all others were accommodating with privacy fences, picnic tables, and new fire rings.
Blair greeted us when we arrived and offered bundles of firewood since it was raining out.
There was plenty of wood to be found exploring the property, as well.
Easily accessible and will definitely be back!

Excellent campsite! Plenty of room for multiple vehicles, beautiful Creekside view. Clean portable bathroom. Blair was super friendly and accommodating!

Beautiful, Clean, and Welcoming!
Such an absolutely beautiful campground hosted by an incredibly welcoming host, Blair! We loved every second of our stay. We stayed at Brookside (tent camping) right up against the creek, felt like our own private space. We walked the campgrounds and everything about the property is beautiful & clean. There are so many campsites each with different views. Blair also helped point us to great things to do in the area and the campground is within 20-30 minutes of so many natural exhibits (like the Linville Caverns) and cool places to see (like Little Switzerland). Highly recommend to anyone to check out Tangle Wood Creekside Campsites! We will definitely be back!

A Dappled Den
A Magical Oasis
Blair’s place is Magical!! We had such an awesome time camping here. It’s very quiet and the campsites are spaced out so you feel like you have the whole spot to yourself. Blair is incredibly helpful and welcoming! Definitely check out this spot.
