When arriving at Steelhead Run you are greeted by the sounds of Lake Erie in a tranquil wooded setting. Only steps away from beautiful Lake Erie and Chautauqua Creek. Our location offers an array of experiences from walks along the beach, wildlife viewing, relaxing to the view of incredible sunsets and so much more. Cocktails, food, and public boat launching can be found just half a mile up the road. A quick drive inland, the historic town of Westfield provides weekend farmers markets, wineries, eateries, and antique shopping.

East Site
I almost dont want to let anyone know about this wonderful spot! The east site was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Better than yhe pics can show! Lovely clean quiet spot surrounded bt trees, pathways near the creek, and a beautiful rocky beach to watch the sunset. NEVER thought we would enjoy Lake Erie so much!! Thank you BARB! WE WILL BE BACK!👍🏻

This is the second time we have stayed at this site! My wife and I absolutely LOVE this camping spot. If it was available for the season, we would take it!! 😂

Steelhead run was great. Very private, only 2 sites. Our friend had the other site. Our grandsons and their friends had lots of room to play. Only a few steps to the lake and to the creek. Gorgeous sunsets over the lake. Only problem was the directions from hipcamp, gps took us to the wrong location. I was able to contact Barb and she guided us to the right place. I would definitely plan to come again, and highly recommend to our camping friends.

Nice level rv site with full hookups. We had a nice time and enjoyed walking by the lake.

LOVE IT SITE! Great site next to Lake Erie. Hookups are very accessible and a great wooded area. Incredibly clean and quiet. Plenty of area to take nice walks on the beach. Town is close if needed. Overall A++
