Welcome to the ranch at cross road! We are a family owned organic farm in the heart of Livermore wine country. We have 10 camp sites spread across the property for you to choose from. The property is minutes from Lake Del Valle and some of the best wineries and breweries California has to offer. Settle in and enjoy amazing sunsets every night with us! We accommodate tents,Travel trailers, Fifth wheels, Toy haulers, Pop-up campers, Class A RVs, Class B RVs, Class C RVs, Campervans, and Cars. Our guests love us too! "I had a wonderful stay at Matt’s ranch! It was easy to find even as it was starting to get dark, and the campsites were well lit and easy to find. The ranch is beautiful. The Ranch at Cross Road
Beautiful easy getaway.
Great location, easy to find, beautifully maintained, and fairly private. We went at the end of April and it was still green. The goats and ducks are well taken care of, and the little hang out area is so cozy with the lights. Perfect quick getaway when you just want to be outside, and convenient to wineries and a few fun hiking trails. The host is communicative and responsive. The single bathroom was well built with a flush toilet, running water and a shower, but note that there is only one commode for the entire property that hosts 10 or 11 groups. Overall we can’t wait to go back and bring our pup next time!

Class B RV campers
It’s a great place to camp. The place is so spread out. We got the end camping spot with an unobstructed view of a beautiful sunset. We used the communal charcoal grill that Matt provided with charcoal to grill our steak and veggies for dinner. The bathroom and shower are well kept and clean. The property was full with campers on Saturday April 27th. More than half of campers were in tents. We have a class B RV. Matt is extremely responsive with messages through Hipcam app. We also met his lovely wife when we were grilling our dinner. The place was so quiet at night and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise. This place also provided with fresh water with filter and hose to fill up our van before leaving on Sunday. We went to downtown Livermore farmers’ market on Sunday which is only ~5 miles away. We drove through Tesla road with many beautiful wineries. We will definitely be back and spend our time Matt’s property again in the near future.

Loved Matt’s awesome ranch. Super quaint spot really close to the city so its a perfect harmony of seclusion and convenience. Not only was his ranch well maintained, the bathroom is really clean which is really appreciated with camping. Highly recommend this spot!

Matt’s hipcamp was awesome! Plenty of space between sites, beautiful view of the valley and vast hillsides, open space for the dog to have fun while we enjoy the view. Very clean and the communication was great. Lots of breweries and wineries nearby to explore during the day. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for a night or two

Booked a last minute stay with Matt and he was nothing but kind, prompt and provided a beautiful location to camp. Bathrooms are immaculate, and the views are great. Would definitely stay again!
